☛ Obtain all remote transmitters for this vehicle. This procedure will erase all previously programmed remotes.
You must program all existing and new remotes that you wish to use on the vehicle at this time.
☛ You must close all doors and the rear liftgate/trunk in order for this programming procedure to work.
1. Enter the vehicle and close all doors.
2. Turn the ignition to the ON position, marked “II” on the ignition switch.
3. Press the Vehicle Information Button until “Press to Relearn Remote Key” is displayed.
4. Press the Set / Reset button until “Remote Key Learning Active” is displayed.
(vehicle is now in remote control transmitters programming mode).
5. Press and hold "Lock" and "Unlock" buttons at the same time on first remote about 10 sec
(an acoustic signal will sound indicating successful programming).
6. Repeat the previous step for each additional car transmitter (including any existing remote transmitters).
You can have up to 8 programmed remotes for this vehicle. You must program ALL remotes including existing remotes.
7. Turn ignition OFF and remove key from ignition lock for exit remotes learning mode.
1. Enter the vehicle and close all doors.
2. Turn the ignition to the ON position, marked “II” on the ignition switch.
3. Press the trip odometer reset button until “Relearn Remote Key” is displayed.
4. Press and hold the trip odometer reset button for approximately 3 seconds until “Remote Key Learning Active” displays
(vehicle is now in Remote Control Transmitters programming mode).
5. Press and hold "Lock" and "Unlock" buttons at the same time on first remote about 10 sec
(an acoustic signal will sound indicating successful programming).
6. Repeat the previous step for each additional car transmitter (including any existing remote transmitters).
You can have up to 8 programmed remotes for this vehicle. You must program all remotes including existing remotes.
7. To exit the programming mode turn ignition OFF and remove key from Ignition Lock.
